Hiking “the high valleys of the atlas”

Spring / summer

Hiking within the reach of any walker in good physical condition, 2 to 4 hours of

walk by day. Discover the Berber culture with beautiful landscapes and a

full panorama of the Atlas, high mountains with the highest peak of Africa’s North (4167m).

Day 01: Arrival in Marrakech

Individual arrival at the hotel …

Day 02:Marrakesh-Imi Oughlad-imsker

Departure from Marrakech by minibus to Imi Oughlad (1400m)

departure from your hike. After loading the luggage you will start

your first day of walking, you will pass the El Bour pass (1500m) arriving at

Imasker village, you will go up the valley. Bivouac in Areg (1500m), 2h of

market.

Day 03:Imsker-Tachdirt

You will cross several villages of the Imnane valley hooked to

mountains with lots of terraced fields. Night at the inhabitant (1800m)

4 hours of walking.

Day 04:Tachdirt-imlil

You will pass the neck tamaterte (2260m) beautiful panoramic view

on the chain of Ouaoukrim and the valley of Ait Mizane, you will descend towards

Imlil, you will cross several villages of Imlil. Night in guest House. 1700m, 4 hours of walking.

Day 05:Imlil-tizi n’Mzik-Tizi Oussem

A regular climb will take you to the M’Zik Pass (2100m),

you will go down to the valley of Azaden, night to the lodging in TiziOussem. 1900m, 4h

walking.

Day 06:Tizi Oussem-Azerfsan

You will descend this beautiful valley of Azzaden located at the foot of

Toubkal National Park and you will cross the villages (Ait Issa-Tizien-

Tahliouine) arrival at Azefsane (1500m), 4h walk.

Day 07: Azaden valley-Marrakesh

In 2 hours of walk, you will reach the minibus in the village of Tassa

Ouirgane then return to Marrakech. Night at the hotel.

Day 08: Transfer to the airport
