Day 01: CASABLANCA OR MARRAKECH

Arrival at Casablanca or Marrakech airport by a guide and transfer to your hotel in Casablanca

Day 02: CASABLANCA – RABAT (about 1h / 100 km)

This morning we begin to visit the great Mosque Hassan II. Then, continue to Rabat, and visit the Hassan Tower, the Mohammed V Mausoleum, the Kasbah Oudayas, Merinid necropolis “Chellah” and the Royal Palace.

Day 03: RABAT – MEKNÈS – VOLUBILIS – FES (about 3h / 240 km)

Departure for Meknes earlier in the morning and visit the city, then continue to Volubilis the Roman site, visit an hour, then the mausoleum of Moulay Idriss Zerhoun and continuation to Fez.

Day 04: FES

after breakfast at the riad, you will meet the local guide to show you the Medina of Fes (Fes El Bali); the oldest city in Morocco that was built in the 7th century by Idriss II and discovered: mosques, museums, Koranic schools, alleys, tanneries, souks palace and especially mausoleum of Moulay Idriss 2

 Day 05: FES – MIDELT – MERZOUGA

after breakfast at the riad, departure to Merzouga, go through the Cedar forest of the Middle Atlas via Ifran and Azrou, stop in Midelt (at the foot of Mount Ayachi the highest peak in the high Western Atlas which rises to more than 3,750 m) for lunch, then we will continue towards the south of Morocco via the gorges of ziz, the dam of Hassan Addakhil, Errachidia and Erfoud arrived at Merzouga

Day 06: Merzouga

discover the dunes of Merzouga and Erg Chabi

After lunch at the hotel you take camels to take a ride in the dunes of Merzouga and Erg Chabi and enjoy sunbath then continue to camp overnight in the tent

note: possibility to do Quad on sand dunes

Day 07: Merzouga – Toudgha Gorge – Dades Gorge – Ouarzazat

Revisited earlier and start your desert tour on the camels to see the sunrise and then continue to your hotel for breakfast after taking your transport and departure to Ouarzazat via Rissani, the Toudgha gorge, the Dades Gorge, the valley of roses and skoura and arrive in ouarzazat, night in Ouarzazat

Day 08: Ouarzazat – Taroudant

after breakfast at the hotel departure to the Kser Ait Ben Haddou classified World Heritage by Unesco and visit Kser, then take the green road Taroudante and stop at Taznakht a small town in the Anti Atlas to come and visit the copperative feminine carpets and saffron then we contunue taroudant nuis in the hotel at taroudant

day 09: Taroudant – Agadir – Essaouira

Travel from the dry terrain of the foothills of the mountains to the banana plantations and
greenery of the coast at Agadir. Follow the coast northwards and reach the pretty town of
Essaouira

Day 10:Essaouira to Marrakech
Transfer from Essaouira to Marrakech via Argan oil cooperative
Hop on a private minibus transfer from Essaouira to Marrakech. See the foothills of the High Atlas
and enjoy the scenery change from the green scrub near the coast to the dry desert plains
around Marrakech. Estimated travel time 3 hours
Notes: the departure flight is 18:55, so with a 2-3 hour time in airport to allow for security and
boarding and a 3 hour drive from Essaouira, we suggest leaving Essaouira at approx midday to
allow plenty of time.
